ส่วนหนึ่งของนโยบายเกี่ยวกับห่วงโซ่อุปทานของ บริษัท เจ เอช แอล เมททอลเลอจิคอล จำกัด คือการไม่ซื้อทองคำและเงินบริสุทธิ์จากแหล่งที่มีความขัดแย้งในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของบริษัทฯ อย่างเด็ดขาด

ทองคำและเงินที่มีความขัดแย้งซึ่งเป็นวัตถุดิบที่ได้มาจากการทำเหมืองแร่ การผลิตหรือการจัดส่งทั้งโดยที่ทราบหรือไม่ทราบว่าการกระทำดังกล่าวก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่กลุ่มติดอาวุธที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือสนับสนุนให้เกิดความขัดแย้ง หรือละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนไม่ว่าด้วยวิธีการใดก็ตาม

วัตถุดิบดังกล่าวข้างต้นจะไม่อยู่ในห่วงโซ่อุปทานของบริษัทเจ เอช แอลฯ และผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯ ที่อยู่ในตลาดทั่วไป เป็นตราโลโก้ “J H L” จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้ง

พื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากความขัดแย้งและพื้นที่ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง (CAHRAs) คือพื้นที่ที่ถูกกำหนดโดยคู่มือการตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของวัตถุดิบ ขององค์กรเพื่อความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนาซึ่งมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานจากพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากความขัดแย้งและพื้นที่ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง

ดังนั้น นโยบายของ บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯ คือการดำรงไว้ซึ่งสถานะในการบริหารจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานในการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัตถุดิบจากแหล่งที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้ง ดังต่อไปนี้

1. การซื้อวัตถุดิบจากผู้ขายที่มีชื่อเสียง และมีความสัมพันธ์กับบริษัทฯมายาวนาน หรือได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัตถุดิบ ที่เพียงพอจากขั้นตอน “การทำความรู้จักผู้ขาย”

2. ในทุกกรณีสามารถที่จะดำเนินการตรวจสอบผู้ขายและห่วงโซ่อุปทาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นวัตถุดิบที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุนอันก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้งหรือการละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชน บริษัทจะทำการระงับและยุติการมีส่วนร่วมกับคู่สัญญา ผู้ซึ่งมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อจัดหาและเชื่อมโยงไปสู่การละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนอย่างร้ายแรง

3. บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯจะปฏิบัติตามทั้งกฎหมายท้องถิ่นและกฎหมายสากล ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับวัตถุดิบที่มีที่มาจากแหล่งที่มีความขัดแย้งรวมทั้งมติคณะมนตรีความมั่นคงแห่งสหประชาชาติและกฎหมายดอดด์-แฟรงค์ของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา

4. บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯจะปฏิบัติตามคู่มือการตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของวัตถุดิบ ขององค์กรเพื่อความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนา ในการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัตถุดิบจากพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากความขัดแย้งและมีคว

ามเสี่ยงสูง และกระบวนการตรวจสอบการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัตถุดิบอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบสำหรับทองคำและเงิน รวมถึงขอบเขตการทำงานทั้ง 5 ขั้นตอนตามคู่มือการตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของวัตถุดิบ

5. บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจสอบห่วงโซ่อุปทานของบริษัทฯ โดยบุคคลที่สามไม่มีการนำวัตถุดิบจากแหล่งที่มีความขัดแย้งมาใช้ ในกระบวนการผลิต ภายใต้กระบวนการตรวจสอบตามกระบวนการตรวจสอบการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัตถุดิบอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบสำหรับทองคำและเงินบริสุทธิ์

6. บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯได้นำโปรแกรมการติดตามและตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของวัตถุดิบมาใช้ในการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัตถุดิบ เพื่อสร้ างความมั่นใจว่าการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัตถุดิบของบริษัทฯ มีความโปร่งใส เช่น โครงการติดป้ายแสดงแหล่งที่มาของวัตถุดิบ

7. พนักงานของบริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯ มีการไปตรวจเยี่ยมสถานประกอบการของผู้ขายวัตถุดิบที่ถูกคัดเลือกอยู่เป็นประจำ เพื่อการตรวจสอบและทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ขาย

8. บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯ มีกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารความเสี่ยงตามที่ระบุไว้ในคู่มือขององค์กรเพื่อความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนาและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานในด้านการการลดความเสี่ยง กลยุทธ์นี้รวมถึงการระงับหรือการยุติการรับซื้อวัตถุดิบที่มีการบ่งชี้ว่าอาจมีการกระทำที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัทฯ และการกระทำดังกล่าวบริษัทฯไม่อาจยอมรับได้

นโยบายของ บริษัท เจ เอช แอลฯ คือการสร้างความแตกต่างโดยการส่งมอบทองคำและเงินบริสุทธิ์ ที่ไม่มีวัตถุดิบที่มาจากแหล่งที่มีข้อขัดแย้งให้แก่ลูกค้าและพันธมิตรทางการค้าของบริษัทฯ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าของบริษัทฯ มั่นใจได้ว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกประเภทของบริษัทฯ ถูกผลิตขึ้นจากโลหะที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดข้อขัดแย้งใดๆทั้งสิ้น

JHL Metallurgical is committed to enforcing the rules for preventing abuse of others, severe abuse related to the extraction, transportation, trade of minerals. JHL Metallurgical must neither receive benefits nor give benefits nor assist in the following issues.

1 Abuse, cruelty, inhumane acts

2 Forced labor

3 Child labor

4 Violations of human rights and abuse

5 5. Crimes, wars, violations of international humanitarian legislation, crimes against humanity or genocide

JHL Metallurgical will stop the relationship with upstream suppliers if finding risks of abuse under Clause 4 or sourcing by or associated with the agency that promotes abuse, directly and indirectly supports illegal armed groups.

HL Metallurgical will buy or sell precious metals that comply with the RJC COP and neither directly nor indirectly support illegal armed groups, including the sourcing of precious metals from the payments for or providing assistance or supporting equipment for illegal armed groups as follows.

1. Control of mines, transport routes, trading points, upstream operators in the supply chain

2. Extortion of money or taxes in mines or along transport routes or trading points or from middlemen, exporters or international trader

For enforcement of public or personal security, JHL Metallurgical ensures enforcement of public and personal security for workers, tools and equipment as well as property according to legal requirements and in line with human rights. JHL Metallurgical neither directly nor indirectly supports the use of public and personal security force, which is an act of abuse under Clause 4 or an unlawful act

or bribery and deception about the provenance of minerals, JHL Metallurgical neither offers, promises, provides nor solicits bribes and resists bribery claims to obscure or be diverted from the provenance of minerals or irregular manifestations of taxes, fees and royalties to the government for the extraction, trading, delivery, transportation and export of minerals

For money laundering, JHL Metallurgical supports and assists in efforts to eliminate money laundering if finding risks arising from or relating to the extraction, trading, delivery, transportation and export of minerals.

Annual Reporting
